MEP Coordination

Today’s mechanical and electrical systems demand technical knowledge and expertise for high performance buildings to function properly. That's why Pepper has a dedicated team of MEP staff. Our MEP coordinators are part of our integrated construction services team, and they assist in both the preconstruction and construction phases of our projects.

Pepper is relied upon for our ability to handle the most challenging projects, from preserving historic facilities to building a new hospital or data center. All of these projects include complex MEP systems. Our thorough understanding of the special systems that make up each facility allows us to provide preliminary analysis before engineers are involved. It also allows us to recommend the right solutions for your project, like whether you need an upgrade or retrofit versus a whole new system. During construction, we are able to problem-solve and devise smart solutions to unexpected issues in the field. Finally, at the end of the project, our team will manage the systems startup and training.

Pepper's in-house MEP staff offer our clients the following services:

  • Existing systems review
  • Systems analysis and benchmarking
  • MEP estimating
  • MEP project management
  • MEP trade coordination
  • Startup/operations and maintenance training
